Monthly Plan FAQ

If I purchase a monthly plan and I don't use all of my allotted items, does it carry over?
 

No. Your allotment resets on the first day of each calendar month.
 

What happens if I go over my monthly allottment?

 

You will be charged a discounted rate per item based on the plan you select.

Is there a commitment needed?

No. You can cancel at anytime.

Are there any extra fees not included in these plans?

Standard sized fragile items will count as 2 items.  Oversize fragile items will count as 3 items.


How are bundles and multipacks figured?

Items in allotments are based on our received count.  Example: You order 100 items, that you want to turn into 50 2-packs.  This will be counted as 100 items.


Are oversized items included in these plans?

Yes. However, if your item exceeds 24" on any side or has a weight over 50 lbs it will incur a $5 fee.
